Moving in to a one bedroom property that has no significant issues but for my own peace of mind would like it cleaned before I properly move in. One bedroom one bathroom, no pets. All equipment provided by myself including oven cleaner as well as gloves, cloths, general cleaning products, hoover, mop etc. I will also be at the property myself helping with some bits so you won't be burdened on your own.
