control knob ( myson part number 834/1051) . control knob was depressed and was not able to switch off gas fire . When pulling control knob out .it seems to be stuck firmly to the rod that switches through on/off /temperature range . Gas fire needs to be switched off and control knob adjusted . it does not look broken . it is a replacement control knob I replaced four years ago
