About the Role As a mystery shopper, your role will be to ensure the smooth running of our operations in London and to make sure Brand Ambassadors are following the client’s guidelines in regards to the presentation, the knowledge of the pitch and the correct distribution of flyers. Missions Supervising: Performing scheduled checks on Brand Ambassadors at various locations in Greater London. Analysing: Cross-referencing the supervision analysis with the client’s KPI in order to make operational changes. Reporting: Creating detailed reports which will be emailed to various clients Skills/Experience Communication: Excellent written and oral skills, Must be fluent in English Attitude: Dynamic, proactive, organized, team-player, problem solver, meticulous attention to detail Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Proficient You must be able to work remotely Remuneration & Hours Self employed status Very flexible position, up to 24h per week - £10.5/hour Want to apply? Hi again, So, it is impossible to contact you guys privately. So here it goes: - need to come to meet me face-to-face tomorrow (or group meeting) in Old Street - Locations where Brand Ambassadors are located are between Central London and zone 3 (can be bit more, like Kingston upon Thames). You might be asked to travel from one location to another in the same shift. - You need to be available at our different Brand Ambassadors shifts (7:30am for the morning shift, 11:30 for lunch shift and 4:30 for evening shift). - I might not need 24 hours next week but definitely the weeks after Thanks
