hey David, I can do the task you requested, only small problem is the door that needs five to seven days to be delivered after the order, it came factory painted blue(same as you request). Any other damages on the masonry near the old frame that you are aware? just trying to get the best picture of your task...pics will help a lot

An unpainted door is available at Travis Perkins Luton branch. I am going to the flat about 13.00 today to take photos of door frame. I am on holiday 11th-18th February and wanted the project completed before I go.

I had a door from Travis Perkins installed recently but 6 hours later the Police smashed it down looking for husband of ex-tenant reported as a missing person. I had already given keys to the Police so they have admitted liability and paying for boarding up, and a new door and fitting!

I can change repair that frame and make it stronger than original one, paint it and call it done.

The 3 door hinges, 2 locks: mortise and yale type, letterbox etc are all new and can be reused. The frame damage is not as bad as I first thought: the yale type lock was moved by the company that did the boarding up.

Can the threshold be painted as well?
I see in the pic that you already have the mail and hinges, didn't know if you bought new ones or wanted to reuse them to save some money, good call.
It can be painted, if not steeped over untill dries out will hold for long time

Door frame a large piece missing from lock side. I could go to the flat tomorrow midday and send you photos of frame but the time is getting shorter to complete the project.
