Paint and decorate small bathroom

Clean walls and paint work (Day One couple of hours and drying time ready for painting next day). Cover bathroom very well to protect from paint. A little sanding First paint primer on ceiling I will have materials including masking tape (which will need to be used to separate paintwork and walls) Then decorate rest of bathroom. (Its white and will continue to be white!) Have ladder steps but there are some hard to reach areas (and do not have solution to this). I can get provide replacement rollers. But best to use your own brushes. I am a perfectionist and had to redo the last job from previous decorator.
