Paint my decking area in garden

I gave a small decking area in my garden which is very worn. I have a steamer and Ronseel coating to varnish it I just need it re-doing. As in steam cleaned then sealed with the varnish. I can provide exact measurements of area and picture but it’s approx 24 meters squared.
