Paint outside bay windows of small Victorian house

Preparation and painting is required for 2 bay windows and 1 side window - ground level and 1st floor. Size is approx 2m x 2.5m each bay window. Size of side window is approx 2m x 0.80m. The masonry window sill and surrounds also need to be done and is requiring some prep work as the paint is peeling. The timber windows are in good condition and only need a light sand. It is for the outside only. If this job works out we have a lot more painting work that needs to be done, mostly inside walls and skirting boards. We are preparing the house for sale. We expect a good level of workmanship and must provide at least 2 references from recent work. Priced for labour only. We will supply materials. We have a ladder, but I think an extension ladder may be required to reach the top of the windows at the 1st floor.
