Thank you for your response. The house is a semi-detached with three walls to paint plus the eaves and facia board. There is a conservatory against the back wall and scaffolding may therefore be required. There are wooden decorative shutters beside two windows which will need to be removed. Inside the house there are two minor paint touch ups and two electrical jobs. I suggest that you arrange to view the house for a better idea. Regards, Danson
