Hi! Sorry I didn't add it. Yes the walls will need some cracks filled but that's it. There's also a very big wardrobe that will need to be moved because I'm not able to do it myself. I will provide the paint but I need someone with the equipment necessary and possibly also the filler. Thanks
How many coats do you want the walls to be painted? And also is it a colour change? What colour is it?

It would be the same colour (white) and I'm planning on buying vinyl paint that will allow the job to be done in one coat. If you can reread the posting, I've edited it so it'll make more sense. Thanks!

There's parking in the street right in front of the house but I've not moved in yet, so I'm not sure how it works. I will find out for you. Would you be amenable to get the paint I want beforehand and then adding it to the tab (accounting for the trouble)? Thanks
