Looking for a person to work regularly, once or twice a week as a personal assistant and office manager for a small business owner. Basic book keeping, diary management and general weekly business duties including arranging appointment with builders, gas engineer and housekeeper and dealing with Tenants/ guests email etc. The role would be an ongoing position and will be paid by the hour. Pay is an estimate based on average hourly rate for one 8 hour day Please note that the work can be carried out off-site once candidate is familiar with the process.

I worked in accounts and have advance experience in excel , I am comfortable using VLOOKUP, Pivot tables. I worked in my family cab business , taking bookings and allocating jobs to drivers. managing a dairy is straight forward to me. I can start asap any day
