Hi Clarina, I am an experienced Level 3 qualified personal trainer with experience at Soho Gyms and head of training at The Hard Yard. I am happy to train you for £45 per hour session once a week and my schedule can be quite flexible. Are you comfortable training outside? I don,t belive in the one size fits all approach to fitness, rather that exercise should be tailor made for the individual to suit ones nedds. The challenge is to help you achieve your goals and impart some good and healthy ligelong habits ro you.
