Pick up and deliver furniture

Hi there, I need someone on Tuesday night with a van to pick up a couch from my place in Harringay N4 and also a bed frame (already dismantled) at another place along the way to drop off at my new apartment in Holloway N7. It will require carrying up a flight of stairs as well. The second pick up destination isn't too far, it shouldn't take anymore than 2 hours in total. I will have my partner also help with carrying furniture.
