I have quite a varied CV. I am a professional Indian/Pakistani chef who has led and ran busy kitchens.
I am also a first class business degree graduate who has worked at the the very top level with some of the world's largest corporates.
Now, I have decided to set up my own business doing things that I have a passion for, and that includes cooking (and experimenting with fusion).
I am born and bred UK but parents are originally from South East Asia so I have knowledge of both Eastern and Western cuisines.
