Radiators needs to be moved and replaced. Thermostatic bidet shower needs to be installed, vinyl bathroom flooring needs to installed. Bath front cover needs to changed . Another job at another flat, 4 to 5 mins walk from current flat. Radiator is mounted but needs to be connected, basin tap needs to be replaced , washing machine needs to be connected, and silicon needs to put in the shower
