We are looking for someone to assist us with the day to day management of our properties. We would ideally prefer someone who has 3-4 hours per day, with property management experience otherwise someone who have interest in property investment and is willing to learn. Below are some of the skills we are looking for: - has good computer skills - very organise to ensure all mandatory check and certificate are carried out on a timely basis. - renew tv licence, utility contract - confident to liaise with letting agents, managing agents and builder - arrange for repair and maintenance reported by Tenants or our internal team - maintain our property management system and ensure all warranty, appliances guide etc are captured in on place - proactive and able to provide solutions This role is suitable for someone who is able to deal with some level of stress as we will have to deal with some unforeseen circumstances like leak in the property, tenant left house in bad state, urgent carpet repair etc. Thanks

I'm interested in this Property Management position. I've owned my own rental property and recently renovated my flat so I'm familiar with many of the day-to-day operational concerns. Plus, I have experience in resolving many of the issues that a property owner has to deal with. I'm proactive and a problem-solver and this is an area I'd relish a greater involvement. I also have very good computer and communication skills. Ironically, as a little girl I lived in Poplar and so am familiar with the area.

This is a lot of work, what’s the pay?

I’ve recently got into the property investment game with my first venture so have had to deal with most things on your list I also work with hostmaker and have a couple central private clients I meet,greet and hand over keys for so am capable and flexible.
