With a growing number of properties across London we are now looking to employ a housekeeper/property manager to visit daily our various properties Your role is to ensure our properties are clean and are in good working condition With so many of our properties being rented for short stay on platforms like airbnb its important you have a friendly and welcoming attitude for our guests The candidate needs to be hard working, highly dependable, energetic, and have an upbeat spirit This position will focus mainly on;  Cleaning our apartments.  Inventory checking & Purchasing.  Basic Property Management Our Properties are located in various parts of London SW2, E2, SE1 and CR0 and comprise of 1 bedroom flats up to 2 bedroom apartments The candidate must possess the following: o Must have good command in English o Must have basic IT skills o Must have 2 years plus experience o Must know how to plan and carry out cleaning o Must be familiar with Property Management o Must be motivated to work and Self-Driven o Must be able to work in a fast-paced working Environment o Must have advanced communication and problem resolution skills o Must have excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to multi-task o Able to work independently and/or in a team environment o Basic repair skills are a bonus
