Hi there, When I run the water in my hand basin it drains but overflows up into my bathtub - eventually draining away. If I flush the toilet twice in a row, after some time some of the water comes up into my bathtub. There hasn’t been any waste issues yet and the toilet hasn’t overflowed yet. The external drains are clear however when the toilet is flushed water isn’t seen flowing out. I’ve lived in the property for seven years and never had a plumbing problem before, so a good seeing to might be due!
