I'm looking for wallpaper removal, repairing some minor holes and lining the walls for painting (I'll do the painting myself) in one room that measures approx. L 2.9m x W 1.5m x H 3M. I'm also looking to have some cracks in the ceiling plastered. The room will be empty. The wallpaper is woodchip. We had the same thing done in the 2 adjacent rooms (same plaster and wallpaper) and the wallpaper came off without much hassle and the condition of the plaster underneath was good, we don't expect this room to be any different. There will be some plaster work required to fill an approximately 30cm square hole where I chipped out of the plaster to inspect the quality of the bricks underneath.
