There’s a screw coming out of the bracket on the wall which the arm should screw onto, but the screw itself disappears into the bracket as soon as I try to screw the arm in. I assume the bracket comes off the wall to solve this, but I don’t know how to get it off
The large round chrome bit should unscrew
