Aaron this is exasperating. Your offer is not coming through on the app. I see it via email but there are only two options - view offer or review offer which lead me nowhere. Are you able to tell me how I accept your offer please?

Hi Aaron Roughly 16m/squ. The sub floor areas that need repair are much less than that. Have you done this sort of work before?
Yes I have done flooring before. Just to confirm, the joists are okay and just the subfloor would need repair? Do you know what material the current subfloor is made of? Also do you want to have the underlayment and surface done after as well?
Hi Aaron. Yes the joists seem to be good. The sub floor is chip board. Only part of it needs to be replaced as far as I can see, where the chipboard has rotted. There is a plastic membrane between the chipboard and the old laminate, which was probably the cause of the trapped moisture problem over the years.
Underlayment and surface is not part of this job Aaron. I aim to have natural stone floor tiles once the sub floor is sorted out.

Hi Aaron When you come to have a look then you can ascertain how much chipboard would be needed. Do you have transport to get it? I can always pick it up in my car if not. I teach full time so it would need to be late afternoon. Monday would be good. Can you come at 5.00?
