Good Evening Lesley This is my initial quote for the work without looking at it visually so it only includes the labour cost if parts are needed then the quote would be ammended. I have all the relevant experience, tools and qualifications to complete this ease as i have over 15 years of experience within the property maintenance and handyman field and work for 5 other well known platforms carrying out preventative maintenance work as well as property maintenance and handyman.
