My Alienware laptop would like to restore to the factory setting. But there are few issues link to that: 1. The operating system is window 7 but now it somehow show the license is not correct. I have been used for longtime and it got license sticker (attached) - need to re- install the window system. 2. My laptop was purchased in USA so I could not able to use dell customer service. Also, the laptop own factory resetting was corrupted. 3. The display language is currently in Chinese. I tried to change back to English but due to the window 7 license issue I could not Change language...( I could assist in translation) Ps: during the restoration/ re-installations, no data is need to keep.
