Our immersion has no power supply. It's been checked by a heating engineer who fitted a new immersion which we have plugged into an electric socket for now. The heating engineer was unable to diagnose/solve the issue with the power supply so we need an electrician to investigate what the issue is with the power supply, and connect the immersion.
