Hello Michael, My name is Grant Taylor and I have been a handyman for over 25 years and can help you with your task, but I am new to this site so have hardly any reviews. Unfortunately I can only go with your proposed price until I am able to inspect the roof and gutters in order to ascertain what exactly is needed for the repair.
