I have an under stairs space. I want to install a small sink and toilet, and the plumbing for a washing machine. There is no water or wastes currently in the location so a new waste pipe will need connecting to the public sewer and hot and cold run from the kitchen which is about 5 metres away on the same level (floor boards are exposed already).
