Hi, I have a 38 inch Samsung TV MODEL: LE32R88BD After a power cut, no sound or picture. Will turn on, using the remote standby (red light). Also controls ON the tv are unresponsive Can this be repaired, how much will it cost and how long will it take? West Norwood Thanks Ben
