Wooden worktops are burnt in some areas (around 5 areas in total), we require them to be sanded and oiled/varnished as our tenancy expires at the end of September

Just finished sanding down my own some tables and doors and have ample amount of extra grit paper in all sizes. Would be happy to come down and sand your worktop down to a smooth level and will varnish or wax to leave desired effect. Can provide all tools. As long as the electricity works in your apartment, it shouldn't be a big job.
