I have a 3-storey office building that I have begun to renovate in Tottenham Court Road. There are front-facing windows - made up of around 40-50 pieces of normal glass - in an old metal window frame. Each set of Windows has one large central pane of glass. Surrounded by 8 smaller pieces of glass. Over many years the windows have just been painted and patched-up. But I am now looking to completely renovate them. So far our handy-man employee has been slowly Sanding and Stripping the frames back. However - this is a very slow process and he can not concentrate much time on this work - due to his other commitments Hence I am now looking for someone - WITH EXPERIENCE - who can remove the existing glass. Sand blast the metal frames (using their own - or a hired - portable sandblaster - as I do not have one!) Before reinstalling a full set of newly cut glass (we will source and pay for this separately) and using clear Silicone to keep this in place without obscuring the look of the newly renovated frames.
