Hi Hugo, I have 15+ years carpentry experience and have done multiple sanding, trimming, waxing, painting and varnishing jobs over the years. I can do this job for you, Would like to see a picture of your floor boards and can probably complete this in 1/2 full days depending on how large a space we are talking about. Will all be done to a professional level and I can bring my own sander and grit paper. I know exactly how to get this done for you. Will probably be 3rd week of October if that is okay. As I know how much work is needed for this. I will post pictures of my work below. Look forward to hearing back from you.
