Set up a computer and tablet

I have an elderly friend in Wokingham who hates computers and has real problems understanding them. I need someone to set both a tablet and a computer for them. She apparently has Android devices. I, therefore, need the following: - A new Gmail account opened for her - Show and explain Google hangout - Confirm that she can contact me using the computer - Showing her how to use gmail and compose emails - Install bookmarks - Explain how Gmail works - Explain how google searches work - Spend time with her so she can search for items - Install a remote access programme so I can control her device if necessary - A few other things as well Any set up must be as easy as possible for her to use The price will include checking with her twice in two weeks that she is okay and can still work the computer.
