Simple carpenter job needed on door

Hey there, I need to hire a carpenter or handyperson with the relavant skills to fit a lock into a door in my flat, What do you need done? Carpentry What is the type of property? Apartment Which areas of the property need work? door What would you like the handyperson to work on? fit a lock into a door frame (in a door that does not have a lock now), So you would need to bring the tools and know how to do this very well: create a lock into a door that does not have one now. I attach some pics so you can view it. I do not have the lock now so I would need you to either bring one for me when you come over or you could advise me which one to buy from retail shops in the high street and I can buy it and you just come to fit it. I need a cheap lock with a key (any key is fine...i just need to be able to lock the door from the outside primarily but even better if i can lock it from both sides, for privacy) so that the total price of lock and your fitting is not more than £40 all together. Please advise on cheapest price you can do including your time and the whole lock with key piece. I cannot personally choose a lock by myself because i have no idea which one to get..! I am happy to keep the handles i have now which you can see from the pics though they are a bit loose...i know there exist handles that have a lock incorporated into them but i have no clue if that model is correct for this door or not. i would need you to advise the simplest solution ...but i prefer a model that has the key incorporated Must be done by 11pm on Monday 7th Jan
