No idea what price to suggest so I'll just wait to see what is suggested. A short section of wall, 2 or 3 lengths of wallpaper, had to be removed and the plaster underneath is poor in places with cracks, some may break away, so needs filling or a small bit of board may need to be used, sealed and skimmed, just so I can paint or paper that section..
Its behind a wardrobe and junk at the mo! I won't hold folk to it until see picture but can you give me a price range?
