Hello Sarah, good luck with your complimentary website, Don't pay anybody who claims to put your website on first page of Google. Must have a secure ssl website and mobile responsive otherwise Google is not interested in you. Top secret, get as many natural link from similar website, No paying for artificial links otherwise end of road. Every month updated content, no copy/paste. Have an ever changing blog page, Lastly a lot of patience and time. Good luck.
