Hi! I hope you're well. I'm Brandon, and I'm currently a medical student in London. I have formal training in computer science, and am proficient with technology (the benefits of having a network engineer as a dad!). I have some experience with optimising Magento websites in the past; I have recently optimised websites for various businesses, and, although they have not been Magento, a lot of the techniques used will be similar (Memcache, Varnish, CSS+JS magnification, GZIP compression, etc). Although I have had success in the past, I cannot guarantee I will be able to get the response time to below 1 second as Magento instances are quite database heavy and their speed depends a lot on your web hosting, but I will work until it's below 1 second or as close as possible. Of course, if you're unhappy with this, I can keep working until you're satisfied! I'll also be happy to answer any other tech-related queries you may have.
