I do not live in this property, my tenants have said that the toilet seat is wobbly and needs to be fixed. While i have asked them to do it themselves they believe that a professional needs to fix it as they have already tried. So i need someone to come and fix a wobbly toilet seat, presumably by screwing it tighter.
