1. Light switch requires fixing (pull down rope not working). 2. Sink, placed on wooden shelf, requires straightening. New supporting bracket to be attached to help support shelf. Other odd jobs include: checking (and fixing if required) leaks in sink, check security light, and clean out shower drain. Jobs are relatively straight forward. Some basic plumbing and electrical experience required. Total time should not be more than 3 hours. I suspect time needed will be under 2 hrs but happy to use up full time for odd jobs.
