Vinyl flooring installed and skirting boards

Hello. I’m buying vinyl flooring from B&Q and I will need someone to put it on my floors and cut it to size. I will also need someone to install skirting boards around the edges of each room to keep the flooring down. I haven’t bought these yet so I’m hoping who ever does the job can buy some which extra money will be put into the budget for there will be a hallway, living room and 3 bedrooms.
