I need someone to wash down the mould on the bathroom ceiling and apply mould paint. Approx 4sqm. Make good painting of the studio walls. There is approx area of 2sqm that has been affected by penatrating damp, following a leak from the upper floor, which is now completely dry. Picture below. There is also a small corridor and a tiny kitchen (only walls need painting.) Wallpaper to be installed on the part of the wall that has the main peeling. We have the wallpaper at the property but no other materials. Bathroom spot light is hanging and needs an outer plastic ring to stay put. Walls are about 3m heigh. Studio is about 35sqm You need to provide ALL materials ( except wallpaper) and plant/tools. Ideally Job needs to start this Sunday 6th. Thank you
