We have a bosch washing machine which is not draining water. The sump pipe from the drum to the filter is clear. The filter has no obstructions and the drainage pump is working. My guess is that the outflow pump is blocked. Unfortunately I am not confident to disconnect this pipe to investigate. Thus, my enquiry on this site.
