Waterproof sealant on exterior of property

I am seeking quotes from individuals to re-point brickwork in some places on the exterior of my property in Chiswick and then apply waterproof sealant (supplied) to the exterior of my property (2 coats). This may be applied by brush or roller - whichever is easier. I have a tall extendable ladder, and sealant will be provided, but individual will provide the relevant mortar mix for re-pointing, own brushes or rollers with extender poles etc. Must be insured for this type of work as will be working form a height!
