Hi Lee. I have been designing websites for 5 years and I can create a website quickly with 5 pages plus a blog. If you have any content available, this will be quicker still. I can do this on a user friendly CMS so that you are able to access and change everything yourself. I can also advise on hosting, which will be much cheaper than having someone charge you for it.
