I have a website with no visitors. The task is to complete any SEO settings to get the website listed on google, bing and yahoo, to appear in the first 2 pages. Currently the whole name of the website [Content Moderated] entered into google does not even find the site. Please only accept this task if you know how to do it, as we have been trying some strategies recently which have not worked. There will be follow up work for new sites after this task is completed.

Clive s is spot on that’s exactly the advice my friend would have given you Your asking a lot for a mere £200 If your using a site to make money you need someone professional who is going To do the job no quick fix. And to be realistic gonna cost more than £200 It’s a continuous project Aim for 30 percent of your turnover for someone to maintain your site It’s more of a partnership these days No website no cash

Thank you, but it's not a money making website actually, so the amount I am willing to invest is limited. My view is that an expert in this area should be able to produce some visitors for £200. If not, then there's no project no website. Rather different from a few years ago, where I had loads of visitors from all over the world, but there we are...things change I guess.
Yes unfortunately this is down to google I have a hobby commercial site which makes money but I do need to pay my friend to make sure I am on page and the site functions If non commercial look for a student who just graduated and want few projects to play with Professional will want money make it clear it’s non commercial site then the right person will appear Good luck

Hi Ian, You seem to have encountered a lot of no*s on here to put it into simple terms. Yes it’s a monthly ongoing job, but no £200 is never an hourly rate. Ever. I wouldn’t trust anyone who said that. Google will not take 6 months, 3 months in harder keywords. But on your name that can appear miles sooner. It depends what industry you’re in more than anything and how much competition you have. If you let me know what it is you do then I can take a look. I work in digital marketing. I’ve been a. Web designer. I’m not going to come out with rubbish like some of these have. I know there isn’t an endless money pot for new businesses. I need to amend my offer, but let’s talk.

I have had websites in the past which have appeared on the first few pages of google but sadly the Webmaster passed away, so I know it can be done with the right techniques. Hello Ian, I can get the basics in place for you which will get your site listed properly so that the domain name comes up in searches etc. Getting higher on search results needs a good content and update strategy and will take a little while. Anyone who promises that they can get you to the top 3 or 4 or whatever for free on Google without knowing the site, search terms, it's targets etc is not being honest with you.
