Weeding and pruning

Hi, I'm looking for someone to attack my small (4m x 4m) garden as it's very overgrown. I think it's a case of ripping down creepers and vines, pruning shrubs and fairly serious weeding. There is also a very small patch of grass that needs mowing - a manual hand mower would do it just fine in a couple of minutes. I'd prefer if the garden waste was removed with whoever takes the job. I estimate it would take about 1.5 - 2 hours work.
