Wiring of aux battery in campervan

Hello, Just need someone that knows how to wire an aux battery in a campervan. Just need to know how to wire it properly, and down lights and electrical sockets for charging off grid. And for future solar paneling. **Im happy to get the parts, but need help with installation and guidance so I don't short circuit the van. Thanks.
