Word doucments to be typed out and formated

Hi we have over 20 documents which need to be typed out and formatted correctly on Word, so we can then upload them to something like Mydocu sign or to our data base. To start with we would like one document done which is 7 pages long. we have electronic versions of most of our documents so a clever admin will be able to cut and past and not necessarily type them all out again. We will also need all these documents to have our logo and header and the footer incorporated into them. We would like this task done in our office which is located in W11 Notting Hill Gate London
